I haven’t written about my two girls in a very long time. It is not because there was nothing to say and it is also not because I wasn’t constantly thinking about them. It was because for a very long time I could not imagine writing about them without getting sad. Sad for a tonne of reasons.

The girls and I have been spending a lot of time together lately. It s been real quality time where even though there are moments of insanity, time that I would not give up for the world. Tonight was a prime example of some of the little things that as you get older you have vague recollections. Fleeting memories that are only holding on by a thread.
